Our Car Rental Terms
*Minimum license year must be 2 years.

*Casco and Insurance Information is given below. You agree to this information within the scope of your Rental.
Motor Insurance and Insurance Procedures
All of our vehicles are Rent a Car Insurance and have an exemption of 3000 TL.
The exemption fee is valid in case of any accident, if the driver is not alcoholic. The driver is obliged to pay all the costs to the contracted person, without the involvement of motor insurance or insurance, in case of an accident of an alcoholic or non-contracted driver.
Traffic Fines
All kinds of responsibilities and financial penalties arising from non-compliance with traffic laws belong to the tenant. The time that will pass due to the fact that the vehicles are kept by the official and local authorities for whatever reason is considered within the contract period.
Prices
Rent a car insurance, compulsory traffic insurance, periodic maintenance of the vehicle are included in the prices specified in the Denizli rent a car price list.
Rental Period
The rental period is at least 1 day (24 hours). Special prices apply for long-term rentals.
Driver's License and Age.
There is no age restriction during the lease agreement of the tenant. It is sufficient to complete the driver's license for 2 years or to have an international passport. In addition, an identity card will be required for vehicle delivery, and a passport for those residing abroad.
Payment
Rental fee is collected by cash or credit card at the exit of the vehicle. Having a credit card is an important factor in making the rental procedures easier. Various references can be requested for cash payments, as well as those coming from abroad are our convenience.
Additional Drivers
In order for the vehicle to be used by persons other than the person renting the vehicle, the driver's license information of these drivers must be shown on the rental agreement (An additional fee will be charged for additional drivers). If the opposite is determined at the traffic controls or in case of any accident, all insurances will be deemed invalid and both the renter and the person driving the vehicle will be held responsible separately and jointly.
Pick-up and Drop-off
The place where the lessee will deliver the vehicle is mutually determined during the rental agreement and is written into the rental agreement. The tenant cannot deliver the vehicle to anyone other than Denizli Rent a Car personnel. Except for Denizli Rent a Car office, pick-up or drop off service is provided.
